Our evaluations are conducted anonymously, assessed across more than 1,000 individual hospitality touchpoints, and delivered as a private report — prepared exclusively for you, seen by no one else.

WHAT WE DO
Most guests experience everything and record nothing. They leave with an impression — not an account. Our proprietary evaluation framework changes that: 1,000 hospitality touchpoints across hotels and resorts, and 750 across restaurants, each assessed with the attentiveness of a guest who knows precisely what to notice.
We capture the specific — the delay before a greeting, the temperature of the welcome drink, whether the pillow menu was offered or quietly assumed. We combine these observations into a report that is both rigorous in its methodology and human in its telling: quantitative scoring alongside qualitative narrative, structured for clarity, written to be understood at first reading.
